UAE Cities: 1– 2 business days.

Remote Areas: 2 – 3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Free delivery may be available for selected cities and promotional offers.

Remote locations may incur an additional delivery fee of AED 10, depending on the delivery area.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Failed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
